Make Ol'Bones Dance with the aplication of Motions in the Animation Tab.
Hands are fully articulated and will take all hand motions via the Timeline Tab.
For an eyeless skull, the eyeballs can be moved back into the head.
Parts (Upper/Lower/Shoes) maybe interchanged with BigOl'Bones Character for extra variety to your Skeleton Horde.
